Best concert I've seen to date!!
The Carnival of Madness was an amazing experience overall! My friends and I had an amazing time. It was my friends husband's early birthday present, and he had a blast! We had early admission, securing a front row spot for the entire show. Additionally, we received wristbands for a mini meet and greet after purchasing a Shinedown CD at the merch booth.
Sevendust was next, and this was my second time seeing them. The lead singer's contagious energy on stage was fantastic, and the crowd got really rowdy. 10 Years delivered a solid set, although I struggled to understand the lyrics at times.
Puddle of Mudd, a band I'm not particularly fond of, performed next. Despite that, I was able to sing along to a few of their songs. Their lead singer's son joined them on guitar for a couple of songs, which was cool, but the lead singer appeared quite intoxicated, which was a bit disappointing.
Chevelle took the stage next, and it was my first time seeing them. Despite there only being three members, they put on a high-energy performance that the crowd loved.
Finally, Shinedown, the main act I came to see, delivered an outstanding show. Brent Smith's performance was captivating, and the energy from the band was infectious. Their new song for The Expendables movie was a highlight for me.
The Carnival of Madness was awesome, and the meet and greet afterwards was a cool experience. Shinedown and the other bands were professional and appreciative, making the entire event memorable. If you haven't seen Shinedown live, be sure to catch them next time!
